BEFORE SESSION

1. Review HHF Process with Participant

[Consent, Description of the HHF Process, Setting Intention (Optional)]

2. Participant to complete Consent Form

3. Description of Steward/Observer and Participant roles

4. Invite Participant to get into a comfortable position.

5. Participant considers their intention and may want to write it down. Steward does personal/group preparation.

Steward Preparation:

Practitioner to share their goal for the session:

“For your highest good and the highest good of all.”
